Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in from 14:00
  • Check-out by 11:00
  • Early/late by prior arrangement only
  • After-hours arrivals must be pre-arranged

Booking & Payment

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking
  • Remaining 50% balance due on arrival
  • Cancellation within 48 hours forfeits deposit
  • We accept EFT, Cash and Card Payments

Smoking Policy

  • Strictly no smoking in any rooms
  • Smoking permitted in outdoor areas
  • Deep-cleaning fee will apply for smoking indoors

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 21:00 - 07:00 daily
  • Please be considerate of fellow guests at all times
  • Music and TV at a reasonable volume throughout the day

Guests & Visitors

  • No visitors in rooms without prior arrangement
  • Unregistered overnight guests not permitted
  • Additional guests must be pre-arranged and paid for
